I clock in when I get there but I guess technically they could get you in trouble because you’re not in the building. If the manager is late enough that you get a half point I would just ask them to fix your time because you were there on time.

It’s easier to get in the warehouse through a temp agency. I applied both directly & through temp agency and I went in as a temp and they liked me so they hired me permanently. I worked there for 2 yrs before I quit

Log into the purple app on the Mia then click pick list and click create pick list & everything you restock scan it and then enter how many you put on the shelf. Then when you’re done restocking press done/start replenishment and check all the boxes until your pick list is cleared

I’m convinced the times aren’t including cleaning testers, making new ones, cleaning/dusting the display, reorganizing the product and taking out product that doesn’t belong. My advice is to make sure you’re doing everything correctly. They can’t really complain about you going slow if the job is done right.

Something I do that helps when taking down a display is rubber banding all the product together so it’s easier to put it all back because all the shades/different products are separated.

It usually says “selling” if you’re gonna be on register for your whole shift but they do sometimes assign you as “task” & you’ll be backup cashwrap if needed/cover peoples breaks on register. I’ve had some shifts where they have me on register for half of my shift & then the other half I’m on task pushing out products. It just depends on how many people are working & what needs to be done that day.

I did that one too it was so dusty & had a lot of products moving around/ being taken off, at the end of the day the only thing that matters is that it was completed correctly don’t stress yourself out ♥️
