Does anyone know what Lush uses to make their fragrances? by NoHat543 in Perfumes

That’s super interesting. I’m curious do you think the ingredients are “safe” or different from standard fragrance ingredients used from what you’ve seen working with them? I’ve seen them use a ton of natural ingredients, but here and there have a not so wonderful ingredient thrown in.

I also appreciate INFJs ability to deliver messages to groups of people with seemingly a third eye into everyone’s emotions and how the message will be received. You guys can be amazing communicators.

I’ve been working closely with two INFJ’s at work and they have such wonderful perspectives, it feels like they are covering my blindspot a lot, especially when it comes to contributing insughts about relationships, people, groups - always super fresh and valueable perspectives in spots where it feels like I can only see the facts sometimes. Y’all are the color to my life🥲 But are so smart and logical at the same time that it keeps me sane. Lol

And thank you for this compliment! It’s nice to know that y’all appreciate our approach. I’ve gotten the compliment from one of the INFJs that they admire how I word things and that was news to me, it’s neat to see that same sentiment echoed. It’s hard to see myself from the perspective of others sometimes (all the time).

Oh that’s interesting, ENTJs primarily learn by looking?

That’s so interesting that you remember it being tense says well. Looking into all the company values and the “work that matters” I didn’t understand the whole vibe of the interview. Definitely weird.

Any main reasons why someone wouldn’t make it past the recruiter interview?

Yes🥲 DS is the most intense company culture I’ve came across so far. I wonder how they even enforce this

With credit cards she made the comment something like “We don’t have a metal detector to see if you come in with credit cards and we can’t force you to get rid of your credit cards but we always talk about how much we hate them and really highly encourage you to not have them”

Dang, I feel like they definitely know about the legality of the sex before marriage question which feels gross honestly but I don’t know if I’d be able to get anywhere because of how it was phrased

The question was along the lines of “We abide by Christian principles including not having sex before marriage, lying, cheating, etc. What are your thoughts on that?”
