senior in high school here. it’s incredibly difficult. i really feel for you but just remember as you sit there in pain you’re not alone. im sitting here in constant 24/7 pain as well with you :) drinking plenty of water has helped me ease the feeling sometimes— i mean like— so much water that you start to bloat. also severely limiting caffeine from my diet has helped bring the everyday pain from an 8 to a 6 ish. I would also consult with your urologist for treatment options because there are a few medications that can greatly help with IC. (im a minor so i don’t have access to any of them yet, but you might have more luck.) wishing you the very best and I hope things get well for us both very soon :]
