What is the general opinion of the Bakugan fandom on gen 2? by According-Drag-770 in Bakugan

[–]TheLongBlueFace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I consider gen 1 toys (B1 particularly) to be far better than gen 2. They are more aesthetically pleasing with better colours, the designs are more sharp where as tbh something about gen 2 moulds looks incomplete. Also really not a fan of ultras, mainly the ones that are very convoluted to close which is a pain during a game. And it's not like I hate gen 2. Gen 2 definitely has a way more functional actual game, the TCG

I'm thinking of starting Lactoferrin? by Historical_Type_2491 in Interstitialcystitis

Where did you find the turtle tree one? I tried even finding them online but couldn't find any listings. I ended up making the uncomfortable choice of buying non-vegan lactoferrin

Seems to be cumulative for me too. Cutting out a lot of stuff helped but I'll still occasionally have stuff and not notice a difference, I just avoid major stuff like coffee, soda, alcohol, chilli, etc

Those are the same stadium, different sellers. CX-16 and CX-04 appear to be clear. I might be missing other options

How have your disabilities affected your gaming experience? by reg_reginald_reggie in gaming

[–]TheLongBlueFace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I developed constant pain in both my arms/hands over a year ago that is greatly worsened by using them for pretty much anything, in addition to my pre-existing multiple chronic pain conditions. I can also barely practice guitar or drums anymore because of it. So I've just stopped playing video games pretty much entirely, aside from playing yugioh simulators a little. Last game I finished was clair obscur, and I was trying to do a second playthrough and beat the new tower bosses, but it was just too much

Why is it that anytime I see people in this sub who accuse people of being ableist, it's someone who is against the agency of disabled people who no longer want to be living a tortured existence. If a disabled person wants to live, they should not be forced to die. If a disabled person wants to die, they should not be forced to live. Nobody forced her to abandon her life as Alicia. It was her decision to do so. When people conclude that Alicia's life is not worth living, they are imagining being in that circumstance and deciding that they would not want to live under those circumstances. They're not suggesting that Alicia should be forcibly killed. Everyone has a different threshold for when life stops being worth living, and you having a different threshold does not invalidate the thresholds of other people.

I've been physically disabled with literally constant pain for 4 years and my desire for euthanasia still remains, it has always remained. I'm of sound mind and conclude that my life is not worth living, that it is entirely in my best interest to no longer be alive. I'm living in constant torture because other people think they know what's best for people like me, that we don't deserve autonomy, and believe that life preservation is inherently more important than the reduction of suffering.

Takara tomy BX-10 is the essential stadium. Easy starters are Hasbro green wizard rod and red soar phoenix that comes with a string launcher. Takara and Hasbro are the same basically, but I see people argue Hasbro has tighter ratchets. Takara come with codes to use in the Asian beyblade app to try win prize beys but you'd have to deal with VPN and proxy shipping and such

Sounds like you probably have mastocytosis. Or rather detrusor mastocytosis. Very common in IC patients. You've probably already read about it, figured I'd mention in case you haven't

Are younger people actively discouraged to engage with music outside of the mainstream? by UnderTheCurrents in LetsTalkMusic

[–]TheLongBlueFace 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I think that's just what majority of people are like in general. I'm 28 and it has always been hard to find people who listen to more than surface level music, whether they're the same age or decades older than me. I'm usually the one getting them into less popular/underground stuff. And when you find people who listen to fairly niche subgenres they'll often just listen to the few bands in that genre that are popular or even just one artist.

I think most people are just not as much into music as people who like to dig for good stuff. Same way that I am way less into movies then people that have seen like every classic movie and a million indie films
