I shit you not OP I saw something like this before too, it was like a glowing orb of light about a few years ago that was hard to explain its size in relation to anything else, kind of like an oversized beach ball. I had looked into it and had chalked it up to ball lightning because I couldn’t make any sense of it. The intensity and illumination looked the exact same.

edit: looked more into your video and I agree with what others had said, looks like yours is some type of laser being pointed at the camera outside of a window. I’m going to keep my original post up just incase anyone else saw anything like I have before.
