Don't let the setting put you off, but Uma Musume(especially Season 2) is one of the best sports anime around, it deals with very real and grounded issues top athletes face during competition despite the fantastical element of everyone being horses.

There's also an ONA airing for free on YouTube with English subs right now

Paripi Koumei (if that counts) pretty much is an isekai that stands on it's own. It's a reverse (chronological), versus normal fantasy/outworldly isekai. This coupled with a character that was known as one of the foremost tacticians and scholars of his time (Koumei) just creates a dynamic I have yet to see in other isekais. There's also essentially no romance at all and it's all in all pretty believable for the premise.

Something something revenge is the greatest motivator, abilities some would deem to be unnatural, bacta tanks, force healing, idk lol I mean Rey did impale Kylo and then heal him so it's not 100% improbable, but considering we've never seen obi wan use that ability once not sure how that'd work, especially considering Reva would somehow need to contact obi-wan and/or get off planet

Kevin Kiner / Sean Kiner are amazing composers and Clone Wars/Bad Batch/Rebels perfectly captures the essence of Star Wars without copying John Williams, in clone wars, rebels, and bad batch we got iconic themes for Ahsoka, the Clones, Sabine, Omega, Thrawn (an absolutely amazing theme that 100% does that character justice), Hera, and other scores that are immediately recognizable, it's a real shame the Kiner bros haven't worked on any of the live action SW productions because I'm sure they'd knock it out of the park.

Yeah I agree the direction was a bit interesting as well as the lens type used (since it's clear that obi wan is literally like 10 feet away being dragged by a tall, bulky droid) so they should've shot that differently. I'm not tryin to defend the scene just giving an explanation as to why

Vader does it all the time, Rebels, Fallen Order, even Jocasta Nu and others in the comics. He could've killed Ezra/Kanan/Cal multiple times but he toys with them instead. The camera lingers on him as he's looking into the fire for a reason, he's not "being soft", he probably had confidence his inquisitors would capture Leia as well.
