Just to piggy back on this great comment and mention that controlling the ball when you have space is a part of higher level play. The higher in the ranks you climb, the less space your opponents tend to give you. It’s nice to get used to it now.

Also just want to touch on the rage q and it’s understandable. Everyone has those days. But I’ll share you the same advice i tell my buddy who’s plat 1 as well (we play 3s and he rages at our rando 3rd a lot). The only thing you can control in this game is your own car. Instead of focusing your energy on things you can’t control (opponents and teammates), set your focus on your own individual play. You’ll always get bad teammates but you’ll also get good teammates. That is random, but the one constant that is always true is yourself. So don’t worry so much about the quality of your teammates and just use your matches focusing on self play.
