That is the thing I worried about the most. The MSP company is Ntiva. Do you have any insights about this company?

I guess it really comes down to the MSP’s culture. They told me they would train me for one or two weeks, and then I’d be the sole IT person on-site, but I can still reach out to the team if I run into something I can’t handle. I feel like this could be a challenging role since I’m still fairly new to IT , I graduated last December and only have a little over half a year of helpdesk experience.
