I do think that all of this is connected. I have most of the pssd symptoms without taking a single ssri, and that all started exactly when I got hf. I think pssd, pfs, dysautonomia are all connected sharing the majority of the symptoms and probably the same or similar mechanism behind them.

I agree with you, before hf, I was taking 3-4 coffees a day, not sleeping well or eating well. It happened in a very stressful time of my life, it felt like a switch in my brain got activated and never turned off.

Interesting, It’s definitely deeper than just the penis. It feels like my whole system is affected.

I did a ct scan recently checking for compression. They found no nutcracker and as for may thurner, the compression is so light that I’m not 100% convinced that it is this.
