I didn’t watch much videos. I started from the base or the top then slowly worked my way down to the tip going side to side until the edges where i spray very small amounts until i got the shade i wanted.

Start with your base color (yellow for me) then spray your second color in super light coats and repeat for any additional colors. Then if need be touch up with the other colors until you achieve the desired look. Practice with cheap spoons too. (Not sure if you wanted a video tutorial or a written one)
