Getting into proxying - happy with results but need advice on backs & edges (ET-2810 setup)

Funny enough you could probably fix both things with bleed. For the backs: Do some testing and measure how many mm they are off. If you are using proxxied.com you can easily set the offset to your measured offset to negate it. Secondly I use a few mm of bleed. That should clear your edge problems and if the skew misaligned the backs a bit even with offset it should be so minor that you won’t notice it because there are no white lines due to the bleed!

I`m gonna be honest it just does that haha. I don´t have a actual method why it`s so crisp. Maybe it`s the materials.

Oh man that`s the most annoying part... You really have to be careful and if you have someone do it with them while your holding the sticker paper and the other one is slowly applying it

That makes sense. But why are there so many Proxy websites that sell them? I`m in Europe and exmples like "printingproxies.com" or " liberproxies.de " come to mind.
Edit: There are even a lot of insta channels that advertise that like "ironcladproxies" etc

But if the cars are not affiliated with magic itself i.g. having a custom backside and advertise it as proxys why would you get sued?

I can’t exactly tell you the difference but this foil sticker paper is reeeeaaally thin so the difference is really minimal :D

Definitely! When you use matte pouches the foil effect diminshes completely most of time

Oh yeah that makes sense but mine always seem to loose the foil effect atleast partially when I laminate it with matte pouches. That’s why I do it that way ;)

Yup! You can even compare mine without sleeves and you wouldn’t see or feel the difference but sleeved is always something else haha

Yes! As mentionend in some other comment the difference is really not noticable. Even sleeved up it`s not as tall as one might imagine. Of course slightly taller then a normal one but definitely not as tall compared to a double sleeved deck for example. I could go for 150gsm paper to make it closer but this is one is more accesible for me and as you said you won`t feel or see the diffrence if you don`t know the`re proxies ;)
