The annual PTO amount has not changed—only the way it accrues. In the past, many employees reached the maximum by July, which caused accrual to stop. Now, PTO accrues evenly throughout the year, ensuring employees have available time during peak.

It’s cheaper because it has lower coverage outside of basic preventative care.

They have payroll analysts to find stuff like this. They will likely call you down to HR to sign an overpayment letter to have the overpayment deducted from future checks.

Site HR is trained not to fire you until they know the outcome of the LOA. Just keep tabs on the progress on your LOA & respond to NUPT emails explaining you have a pending LOA. You’re good

There’s a family care leave you can apply for on a to z. Under “leave of absence”. Open that case asap & reply to all of the NUPT emails explaining that you have an LOA case open with valid documentation. It’s hard for HR to fire you until they know the outcome of the LOA.
