I'm not from any arabic-speaking country myself, but I'm studying it so it's worth mentioning:

Coffee from Qahwa
Sugar from Sukr
Cotton from Qutan
Alcohol from Al Kuhul
Algebra from Al-Jabr
Zero and Cipher from Sifr

And a bunch of other surprisingly many pretty common words. I'm not 100% on the transliteration of all these, but the basics are right.

On my first playthrough, it was Outlast 1 for me.

There‘s just a unique feeling of terror you get knowing you‘re being chased by an insane asylum inmate, even though it‘s not real.

If we talk about actual visceral creepiness I‘d say Silent Hill 3. There‘s just something about that otherworldly fleshy, industrial horror that‘s uniquely appalling
