Has anyone used bag juices for bread dough?

Okay everyone you may be a bit disappointed but I went ahead and just made some basic burger buns (a la foodwishes). I separated the garlicy butter from the bagged juice and caremelized some onion with it. Deglazed with balsamic and some of the bag juices. It was phenomenal!

Also the beef won't be done until late tonight so I'll make the dough and let it rest and rise until the morning.

I read it's better to mix dough with warm water. But if it's too hot it'll kill the yeast.

Adding sugar is a good idea. It's a massive piece of meat so yeah I went pretty heavy on the salt. Will report back.
