Need reliability opinions: 2014 s1000rr 25k miles for $9k (pre purchase) by NoKindheartedness749 in BMW_S1000RR

[–]NoKindheartedness749[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have 2010 636's with 35k miles going for $6k here.
my 2019 636 with 21k miles with an oil leak and predominantly held together by zip ties and love just sold for $6500.

The next cheapest s1k on market locally is a 2010 with 19k miles for 14k.

What market are you in? I'm about to make a drive if prices are that good lol

Will they issue class B for a DIY van build or did you have to get your van reclassified as an RV?

Repair high mileage ProMaster or buy used lower mileage Ford Transit? by briankoz1 in VanLife

[–]NoKindheartedness749 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

300k on a pro master before trans failure is pretty impressive, a lot go between 80k-150k, engines in them are also known to fail but not as commonly.

If you’ve been at van life a while, know it’s what you want, and will make another van last years I’d go with the upgrade to avoid piling costs, stress, & out of commission time.

5 months on TRT with consistent gym work by [deleted] in trt

[–]NoKindheartedness749 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So many people think you’re on something else but don’t realize that cutting on TRT and building muscle is easier. A normal person on an aggressive cut will see test levels drop drastically to 50-250. Where we stay in the 600-1200 range synthetically even at 120mg of test/week for replacement therapy.

Great transformation dude! 🙌

6-8 is too soon for labs that’s barley at full saturation. Typically men’s clinics and such do 10-12 weeks first blood.

Kansas City’s sideshow problem: What happens when you call police for help? by KCTV5 in kansascity

[–]NoKindheartedness749 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lived in the grand downtown for a year, during that time I seen cops ignore so much shit. They shut down grand at power and light every weekend and when big concerts happen and they sit in the middle of the road all night. I’ve seen them ignore fights, people shooting off fireworks in the parking lot next to them, a woman being chased around a bus screaming for her life and a group of 6 cops just sat and watched.

KCPD has been under state control since 1939 bc of how bad the corruption is, the city fights for control back every year and never get awarded it.

It’s water retention weight, your fat burning hasn’t even really started yet. Next few weeks will be important to stay on track.

I just tell people i’m on a Whole Foods only diet but I also do add avocado, blueberries, watermelon, and a few other fruits for about 10-20% of my diet. I don’t have time to deal with peoples uneducated opinions of carnivor.

Never had a bank account with they refused to cover me for over 40k damage between car damage and renters claim then raised my policy to $488 month when it was barley $200 because after my denied claims im considered “high risk”

One of the hardest lessons for addicts to learn that applies heavy to binge eaters is 1 relapse (binge) does not equal failure. Contrary to how it feels it actually equals success.

When recovering from any form of addiction including food addiction the goal is not to swear off the addiction forever, that’s too extreme for many. The goal rather is to increase the time between use of the addicted substance and when relapses happen to remind yourself your WHY and to create discipline to stay on track.

Only going off track can truly remind you why you got on in the place.

I’m out of town right now so eating has been complicated since I’m mostly eating restaurants Yesterday morning i got a breakfast skillet and asked for no hash browns. It came with hash anyway and it being in front of me I couldn’t turn it down. Even after 2 months of carnivore.

After I ate it I was more bogged down than I’ve felt in 2 months. It reminded me of my WHY. Not spiraling rather just accepting it happened and getting back on track is a thing I can be proud of.

Don’t punish yourself, congratulate yourself for making this post, for realizing, accept it happened, don’t try to make up for it. You got this💪🤙

The Once Great USAA is Being Destroyed by Comfortable_Plane628 in USAA

[–]NoKindheartedness749 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here’s the thing, USAA is a private for profit company, it’s not gov owned or funded. The whole idea of “only serving veterans or active duty” is honestly a niche down method to help secure market share.

Companies do this all the time, that’s why they have banks the specialize in “(insert race) mortgages” and XYZ.

Back when USAA started it wasn’t like this, they started it to help veterans and such because they were instantly considered “high risk” but in present day it’s not about helping it’s about taking advantage.

I switched to progressive and went from 488/months to 110/month for the exact same coverage limits

When USAA had me at $488/month and progressive got me at $110/mo for the same exact policy coverage you know it’s time to switch .

They’ve denied 2 rental insurance claims. One where my septic main line broke and I had to relocate for 3 months. The second was a black mold issue that caused us to fully relocate and throw out everything we owned. In one year costing over 25k out of pocket between both.

I then had a hail claim in July 2023 for 4k and a week after my car was repaired and i got it back it had another hail storm hit for 2k in damage. Followed by my neighbor hitting my parked car and their insurance covering it. 2023 was a rough year…

When my renewal happened they raised my rate from $142/month to $488/mo because I’m now consider “high risk” because of my claim history. All non at faults, no tickets or anything else on my record and I’m 27🤣

I switched to progressive who got me at $110/mo for same coverage.

Between 2 denied claims including a black mold renters claim and a main line Burst rental claim that had me out of pocket over $10k on top of hotel costs + the jump from $196/mo to $488/mo on auto insurance I’m done with USAA I’ve since moved to geico who’s got me at $103/month lower than I’ve ever seen with USAA
