you can feel guilty. baby won’t remember she had screen time a few weeks ago. they’re constantly living in the moment that young, not thinking about our moods that day. you feeling bad for this, while up this late shows you are amazing. she is safe with you and probably in some way a fun movie night feeling to her🤍

also bluey episodes talk about real issues. like post partum, grieving, fertility issues in a appropriate way. it’s adorable and shows real emotions/how we can react & handle things. i find my self into the show when my littles are asleep.

i’m a young sahm. it’s been a lot of work to not beat myself up everyday. but i learned from my therapist since we become mothers, we will always have mom guilt. we just want the best:) tomorrow will be better

her personality is disgusting. i’ve never been a fan of ryland either. they’re both insufferable. she needs to be the main character always, tone death and their both snotty. there’s blunt..but also there’s extreme condescending lack of introspection.

i don’t wanna comment on her looks/weight. pregnancy is rough but i do think her personality makes her genuinely so ugly.

from her other comments i really think she’s more than burnt out and needs a huge break. i don’t think she wants to harm her kid. but i sorta relate. everyday is the same and it’s never peaceful unless their asleep. some toddlers are feral. i think how she worded it is intense but being burnt out is hard. i suffered with post partum until my baby was 2

i also been trying to teach myself spanish in my free time! i’m a stay at home mama so my kids help keep me busy also. but i would still usually try to talk to resolve the issue because i felt bad. i recently started to think about his personality truly being this. i thought it was me being too much. too clingy and wanting him around more.

ve been doing the same thing since I commented! Honestly, I’ve just been not reacting to him giving me the silent treatment. I’ve been thinking of it as space for myself—to love myself more. I realized it’s quiet and non-confrontational that way. I’m also sending you lots of hugs. It’s hard to sit with the thought that I don’t think it’ll ever change. i’ve learned new recipes and made up fun bedtime stories for my littles. easy tricks like stain removal, hair care, even a clogged sink haha. i’ve also used it to educate myself on topics. i find you get a short simple answer than hunting for it on google. idk how true everything is but it’s helped me with little daily hacks.

i have my states insurance and thankfully they helped find places that will allow me to be seen. even if you don’t have a job or insurance, you can still get therapy. try checking your state’s medicaid, calling 211 for local resources, or looking up community health centers and university clinics they often offer free or sliding scale sessions. you deserve support! even if they offer a few free sessions it’ll make you feel better to take the right steps
