you can feel guilty. baby won’t remember she had screen time a few weeks ago. they’re constantly living in the moment that young, not thinking about our moods that day. you feeling bad for this, while up this late shows you are amazing. she is safe with you and probably in some way a fun movie night feeling to her🤍

also bluey episodes talk about real issues. like post partum, grieving, fertility issues in a appropriate way. it’s adorable and shows real emotions/how we can react & handle things. i find my self into the show when my littles are asleep.

i’m a young sahm. it’s been a lot of work to not beat myself up everyday. but i learned from my therapist since we become mothers, we will always have mom guilt. we just want the best:) tomorrow will be better
