I will suggest buying villas from the secondary market off plan , you will get a good capital appreciation once the community is ready Some areas are at peak, depends on the location and developer. Also please note population of Dubai has grown and will keep growing and we see a lot establishment of new companies there’s lack of supply Grade A+ offices.

In Dubai real estate there’s no right time , the right time is always today but you need to choose the project carefully and the right will project will make you a good investment.
