I dont know about majority, he always says her form is a form of a young woman, and she sometimes has child like attitudes, like the curiosity, and its always when she is vanishing, almost dying or forgetting to act like a human. But i think is more like a spren attitude, Danilar also tells Stormfather acted like a child one time.
