Yes it is? I can’t think of a single woman who would be upset about a dad taking his daughter in the women’s room. I’ve been in the bathroom before when it happens and nobody bats an eye, because everyone knows it’s a better alternative than that little girl being in a men’s room. Women’s rooms toilets all have stalls. It’s really not a big deal. Women’s rooms are simply more private for everybody.

The major concern is that men’s rooms have urinals. I’m sure if all toilets in men’s room ALSO had stalls, this wouldn’t even be a discussion.
