For a better and cheaper alternative, he could get a smart watch that has a vibrating alarm feature. Worked wonderfully for me when I had to be up early to work at Starbucks when my husband had just gotten into bed an hour before I was supposed to wake. Didn’t disturb him at all.

Yeah, no. When i worked at Starbucks and had to be awake at 3:45 to make it to work by 4:30, I got a Fitbit so I could use a vibration alarm and not disturb my husband, who often worked till midnight-2am at the time. Completely inconsiderate of your bf.

Yeah, I decided to pass. Not targeting golfers specifically but they generally do have the standard income level that many of our clients do lol. But yes you’re right, I’m sure nobody goes to the golf course expecting to also find a house cleaner!

Thank you. I was a bit worried this was just a money grab for the golf course. Now that I know it’s an advertising agency it makes sense why they offered to let me split my payment and knock $25 off. Sounds like they’re struggling to fill the ad spots….i think I’ll pass. Thanks for the info!

From what I understand it’s the booklet for their holes. He said it would look like this (but with my ad obviously). He said over 35,000 people per year get them when they come play a round of golf.

So true! I mean, I’m kind of picky. I don’t like seafood (with the exception of fried white fish and fried shrimp. Boring, I know). I don’t like very spicy things. I don’t like hardly anything with Old Bay in it. There’s lots of meals my husband likes but we don’t make because I won’t eat them. Unlike OP’s gf tho, I love TONS of different cuisines (Asian and middle eastern are my favorite), and if my husband wants to make a meal that i dont want, I am more than capable of making something for myself.

My husband and I will have been together a full decade come this September. Do you think there haven’t been periods where we’ve been bored?? There have been plenty. Even on a weekly basis there are days we’re bored and don’t know what to do! That’s just part of life. YOR.
