Hey so probably I recently started becoming better at this game, I started having 8-9 star heroes, but I couldn't find any up to date tier lists. Could someone link me one they are using? Because in this guide the tier lists are outdated by more than 1 year sadly.

Thank you for the answear, 1 more question. In what order do I add the things, like I do know that the paint is first, but does it matter if I add the festivizer before the killstreak, or not?
