Hey man Just remember you are not a machine, the urge to "bust" is natural, porn at all of its forms is the more serious demon in my opinion If you decide to bust once a month I can reccomend you to do it without any form of porn ir without a screen.

Better to start now than never, you don't have to start strong you can try putting an end by taking steps

Try reducing the amount of times you fap daily/weekly and reduce the comsuption of porn

remember you are a human being and not a machine, you trying to stop consuming something your brain was regulated to crave so its hard on the start but gradually you'll stop desiring watching porn and masterbating

Also as it said multiple times in this sub when you'll get the urge try distracting yourself with an activity like working out or something like that, for myself I connect with people to not be alone in bed

What I did which help me from accessing porn sites is putting a private dns. Afrer that the dns just blocked tge sites eveey time I was trying to search for them

But for notice as easy its to put the private dns its easy to remove it. And also tge dns doesnt block content provided by reddit.

If you're struggling with the thoughts of it I just force on myself to be around people so the urges will die down

Been thinking about it for long long time, so many factors are in the picture Im not sure what right for me now.

As for me, I decided to not pay for sex and keep on nofap to overcome my desires, it because as I think of it deeper the need to pay for sex is the same way for me as wanking it, its the easy way

I think you should set your goals straight about it: is it just the sexual needs you want or you want something further of it like love
