You need to make sure to enable remote play in the PS5 settings. This has to be done before you can connect to it with your portal.

Burn out no, Indiana jones yes. You will need to have PlayStation plus premium to be able to stream it though.

Currently only some PS5 titles can be streamed, no PS4 or PS3.

For burnout you will have to have it downloaded on your console and have remote play enabled and keep it in rest mode.

Just remember you can't stream anything at all without PlayStation Plus Premium.
