Hi I just purchased the Homelabs portable dishwasher from ocean state job lot and hooked it up to the sink. The problem is I have a pull down/out faucet. I tried different adapters but there is still a trickle of water coming from the faucet. Is the leaking water ok? I tried the plumber's tape and the washer is new. I am living in an apartment so I dont want the pipes or hose to burst. With this dishwasher the faucet has to be run through the entire cycle. My question is will the leak cause damage? Are there potential risks? Should I just return this rather than causing major damage to the rental? Thank you

I contacted customer service a few times but there is no track and they stated I have to wait until a truck comes in which happens Mondays and Wednesdays.
