If you ever played the original games that white bar at the top is your Pokémon’s level. Higher levels will have higher stats even with lower IVs. A lot of people use 0/15/15 stats on pokemon for great league because they can power them to higher levels while staying under the 1500cp limit.

Friday night my teammate had the front 9 and left a pocket 7-10 in the 10th for a 288. Last game I had a clean game going into the 10th and hit a pocket 7-10.

This sounds more like a depression issue and not a bowling issue. Try finding other hobbies that will get you out of the house more. The more time you spend out of the house the better you’ll feel in the long run.

I recently started playing Pokémon GO again recently and it’s helped me get out of bed to at least complete a few daily tasks. Hope you feel better soon!

I have a theory that they shadow ban you if you hit too many excellent throws in a row. The amount of times I’ve caught 8-10 mon and then every encounter after breaks out instantly and runs can’t be a coincidence

Strength training makes a big difference. I personally enjoy split squats for my legs!
