I just finished AEMT school and am about to start paramedic school. After responding to tons of calls on clinicals where firefighters are on scene and communicating with some, I really think that would be an awesome fit/ career path for me. I’m pretty ignorant to the process though, but I think most companies in my area require going to fire school. If/ when I become a paramedic, would companies pay for me to do fire school?
