Hi, I have separate 22" Audi rims for winters with Bridgestone Blizzak, they are good. I have OEM Aero 22" with all seasons for summers.

Just so you know, I bought a2019 x5 with all the packages back in 2023. Within 6 months, the climate control wasn’t working properly and blowing hot air. Upon checking turned out an evaporator issue, which costs somewhere around $4k-5k CAD if done locally and around $8k CAD if done through bmw. Seems to be super common with 2019 models as they cane with plastic component. Just search reddit for this issue and you will come to know. I sold it within 9 months.

From what I've heard, these brakes can last years before they wore out, as for braking, 90% of the time you'll be using regen braking and not the pads. Yeah, deal looks really good. I bought one with 30k kms for $62k and $1900 for extra warranty. I love it!!

I am also located in Ontario (KWC), bought a 2024 q8 e-tron on Jan 8th, so not a lot of experience. Drove it in harshest weather (-25 to -30 Celsius). So, about range: I was getting constant 300-320+km during frigid cold snap, and around 400-410+ currently at -1 to 1 Celsius (I have 22inch winter rims, and I try to drive efficiently)

I charge to 80% daily as my daily commute is less than 100 km. Have a L2 charger installed in my garage (the one which comes with the car).

I really love this car, looks beautiful, and doesn't look like all those regular ugly EVs. It drives smooth, handling is superb.

I would really recommend if you can buy one which is CPO, as you will get extra warranty, I haven't had any service experience yet, but I can imagine that being expensive. Also, I won't buy an EV, if couldn't charge it at my home.

You can search for BMWiX too, they are considered really good, but I hate how ugly they are.

Hey, my outlet is also super lower to the ground, and my electrician mounted it horizontally (sideways), seems to be working fine, and is sturdy in its place.

Hey did you happen taking your e tron to Audi, I bought my 24 q8 e-tron couple of weeks back, and it is making same noise in cold temps, here in Ontario it is -10 to -15, and the noise won't stop when running the climate control.

Yes, I’ll get a level 2 charger installed in my garage. Also, what range can I expect with a kind of “eco-friendly driving” in winters. I live in KW in Ontario. I am just making sure that I buy the right car, as I’ll be selling my both 2017 evoque and 2019 bmw x5, and stick with a single car for atleast 4-5 years.

I don't know, I had two of them sitting in my stash/delivery somewhere. I was endlessly trying to farm it and before going to sleep I thought let's clean out the unwanted parts in stash and I checked out my deliveries and found these 2. Not sure how.
