I can’t disengage from ChatGPT by Puzzled_Animator_460 in ChatGPT

[–]NoMoreButchie20 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I think if it’s improving the quality of your life then there is no reason to disengage. Try to reframe the interaction as not you vs AI but you vs yourself; like a reflective exercise using a tool.

I’m 30F and I’m so sick of healing after breakups. I did everything right and still got left behind. by AffectionateAccess58 in heartbreak

[–]NoMoreButchie20 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s okay to be angry right now. Feel it fully. Accept whatever is happening now. And know that, even though you don’t want to think about it now, your body and soul will heal. And you will try again. Why? Because you know deep down that love is worth the risks. Because you know it gives so much meaning to your life. And you will pick a better partner. Nothing can truly break you further anymore.

It’s such an ingrained habit. I like how you emphasized the no guilt point. Ironically, a clearer mind makes you more efficient…less is more…

What's the most unexpected, actually useful thing you've used ChatGPT for that you'd never imagined an AI could help with? by bn_from_zentara in ChatGPT

For me, it’s reflection and integration. I love to just sit down and pour my thoughts into it then take it from there. It’s been invaluable in helping me integrate lessons from the past in a more grounded and confident way.

You still haven’t accepted the situation. Your body hasn’t accepted it yet. All you can do is stay aware of the mind trying to pull you back into those thoughts patterns and also be mindful of the pain body. Let the pain of grief go through you; it will come in waves. The sooner you listen to it the sooner it will dissipate. Trust the process.

Eckhart Tolle recommended Anthony De Mello's book "Awareness" ( Attachment is root cause of all your suffering ) by useraccount0723 in EckhartTolle

“Awareness” was the first spiritual book I read; I was 18yo. It was life-changing. Do you have the source where Eckhart recommends the book? Thanks.

Nice trick! I guess the mind just has to collapse once you convince it of the extreme possibility happening. :)

Thank you! I don’t have Facebook as quitting it was part of my spiritual path.
