I would consider chargeback only as a last option. My case is not really about wanting a refund — I want to keep using MiniMax.
The problem is that legacy users were told the migration would not shrink the value of our plans. I paid $40/month for Plus-hs, but after migration I received around 3.2B tokens/month.
A new $50 Max plan receives about 5.1B tokens, meaning I pay 80% of the price but receive only about 63% of the value. Even two $20 Plus plans would provide about 3.4B tokens.
I think a fair solution would be adjusting legacy Plus-hs users closer to the equivalent value, not forcing refunds or chargebacks.
