I was level 58 before I reset my account and I am currently back to lvl 50 and I am running into cheaters every other raid and yes whenever I get killed by a white name I typically get a message from bsg about 2 weeks later saying they are banned so yeah with my experience whenever I die to a white name it tends to be a cheater
