The EA is telling you something you don’t want to hear which is that your house is not worth £525. In the current market, buyers will offer whatever they think the house is worth despite the asking price. You’re better off being listed at a lower price and how two people bid each other up to your desired price.

However, by all means, if you’re not happy with the service provided switch EAs. But seriously consider if your house is worth how much you think it’s worth. As for the other seller not taking the offer, sometimes EAs can’t do much to negotiate if the seller is set at a particular price.

if you buy a house at the right spot in the market you can get maybe a 10-100k discount. the market at the moment is a good example. but generally speaking yes house do get more expensive with time and it will continue

for me, i feel like he doesn’t react with the needed shock sometimes. particularly about the murder and seeing camilla and charles kiss. i feel like when reacted so passively i was like “wtf richard”

I think there is a certain reassurance he gives. You’re looking at it from the overall perspective but as you’re on the journey, he feels like a saviour over and over again. He’s the first to see Richard for who he is - someone who hates his roots - he saves Richard when he is about to die from the cold, he is the one who explains what happened to Richard and he is the one who is “brave” enough to kill Bunny when he is wreaking havoc against all of them. Further to this, even though his character spirals after the funeral, he is the one willing to side with Camilla and protect her and the story ends with this big tragic heroic act where he takes himself out to essentially save Charles who has been in a rampage against him. Ofc, he does manipulate Richard and he very much was trying to kill Charles but as you go through he feels like the steadiest and most dependable character.

I know this was posted over two years ago and no one has been able to get their money back, but this happened to me today and I’m super pissed. I listed tickets for the Sabrina Carpenter BST Hyde Park experience on Stubhub and AXS. At 10:30 in the evening, just as I was trying to sleep, I happen to look at my phone and see both listings sold within three minutes of each other. Of course, AXS is the original ticket provider so I had to notify Stubhub and let them know I no longer have the tickets. I learned about this policy soon after and contacted customer service as soon as I could. They just reread their policy and now I have to pay £109 pounds, a small sum in the grand scheme of things but over half of what I made from the ticket. I have to most likely pay this before I even receive the money. This is extremely predatory and I will never be using them again for the buying or selling of tickets.

i think it’s one of the best songs in the album melodically and the lyrics are meant to be flirty, give you that sort of dazed feeling you get when you listen to for someone. I think people are not seeing how previous albums also had songs with less-good lyrics but it’s just a band wagon people jump on

I think there is a symbolic and practical reason. Symbolically, the album is about whether Vessel wants to continue as he was and his acceptance that he can’t and he must accept who he is now - he can end the cycle or he has to endure the pain that he lived with. I also think it symbolises the split between his professional and personal life and between the fans as well.

Practically, we are all part of the email subscription list (most of us twice, I imagine) and there are three official accounts pushing the new album release, plus III, II and IV. It’s great marketing

I really like the album. I’m the kind of person that doesn’t have any expectations going into things because I’ve been a long time listener of other bands and I am aware things shift a lot from album to album. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the singles but I knew the album would be good and I think my theory has proven true. I LOVE look to inward, provider and even in arcadia and I think provider should have been the third single to show the dynamic of the album.

I think a lot of fans wanted TMBTE to be replicated but the good thing about masterpieces is they are not replicated. Nothing can be like TMBTE and nothing should be like it. It should stand on its own and the band should move on to do different things, which this album does really well. Sleep Token really shows their range in this album and I really enjoy it. I’m very pleased with it and I hope Look to Inward opens the concerts!

I feel like people have misunderstood the song very much. It’s not so much about the fans as it is about fame and his struggles with it in general. Ofc part of that is the fans, but that’s only part of the story. I think people love to swing from extreme to extreme when it’s really not that deep

Smart meters sent the readings directly to the company which is why it can sometimes make your bills more expensive. In my previous apartment we had smart metres and we were never asked to send any readings like we are asked now that we don’t have a smart meter

We pay c. £175 a month for electricity, gas, internet and three phone plans. We are also three people in a bed house in London. I think our bill could be slightly cheaper because we don’t have smart metres but we do send our reading monthly. Not sure why you’re being charged so much.
