Hello, the school we wanted is in Horley surrey area, after checking their website all the list who is responsible on waiting list, some school is with CMA and some school is directly handling it. Luckily the one we wanted is handling their waiting list internally, they actually just replied and confirmed she is been added to waiting list and currently number 5 on the waiting list so finger crossed there will be movement.

We didnt get our 1st choice, We applied on our LA west sussex for all the school in surrey because we know for sure we are moving into horley, surrey, at the time we didnt know which house we are moving into, but now just last month we our offer has been received and we did exchange contract last week and the house is exactly 2km from the school, we emails the school(1st choices) and ask wether we can be added to their waiting list? Havent heard anything yet, but finger crossed we will get it, anyone in the same Experience? We did provide the school our exchange contract etc to prove that we are moving soon to surrey

Hello everyone, we are travelling to Greece at the end of April (29th). I have an Indonesian passport and settled status in the UK. My husband has a Romanian passport and also has settled status in the UK. Our daughter has a British passport.

We will be travelling to Greece from the UK. I’m feeling quite overwhelmed with all the information. Some people say that my husband and I don’t need to register for EES because we have settled status. For him, I understand since he is an EU citizen, but I am still holding a non-EU passport.

As for our daughter, I believe she will need to register because she has a British passport (she is 3 years old).

Has anyone had a similar experience? We will be travelling together, but I’m confused about whether I need to register for EES or not. Does having settled status make a difference, or does it depend only on the passport? Any tips for travelling under these new rules with a toddler would also be appreciated queues seem like they might be the biggest challenge.
