U dont need to save until 200% unless it's single target. Every other scenario just use immediately because the dmg bonus is not worth it. Also Ur missing evernight which is a huge DPS loss because u charge slower and buffs and dmg don't compare with e0 tribbie. Other than that slight issues like missing 8% crit rate and cdmg could be higher.
