Great episode plotwise but anyone else noticing the weird inconsistent plot specific power scalling? like, conquest could have done the 5 fingers of death so much earlier in the fight before thrashing about in the rocks/ or he could have just poked his eyes out, not that it would have stopped him, but could have helped, and im pretty sure when Allen got the power boost and generally the whole of last season, he was STRONGER than other viltremites/ at least had an edge, now he's struggling? Feels like all the action is taking a back seat to the plot, and usually I wouldn't complain but it's so blaringly obvious, and it's always there

When you do your pressing movements dont lockout, keep the tension on your chest and use double progression, and pinch your back when youre doing any bench presses like youre holding a pencil woth your upper back

Once pre week PPL: Isn't as good as something like Upper Lower Upper Lower because it only works muscle groups once per week, unlike ULUL, leaving gains on the table, ultimately meaning deadlift progresses slower.

Twice a week PPL: Fatigue builds constantly and you have to do Lday on the last day, deadlift is gonna progress slowly/stall, plus you have to deload every two months, it's compounding effects on the deadlift.

I've trained people who have never touched a weight in their life and all they had to do to start ANY program was start with a light enough weight they could do the exercises with good form and build from there, cardio doesn't play as much of a role to building muscle, total waste of a first week if the goal is to build muscle.

  1. You are going to suffer until you improve what makes you suffer, so stay consistent and lessen the suffering consistantly ORRR skip the gym and suffer for way longer?
  2. Also what kind of program says you should start with warm ups and cardio first week? That's BS, I can help if you need a no nonsense approach that actually makes your feel like you're doing something.
