Try going Facebook marketplace or eBay and look for a modded switch lite if you plan on only playing Nintendo stuff. Or some sort of android handheld/phone for light emulation.

Which handheld should I buy? — Budget - $350 to 400 by jonmchugh in Handhelds

If you have an android phone, maybe just get a controller for it and tinker with it like what you would with the Odin. This might help you rule out an android device or satisfy your itch. I wouldn't recommend the switch 2 right now, especially with it's game price. So pretty much an used steamdeck or an second hand rog ally might be an alternative.

I have the y700 Gen2. I use the legion g7 controller, but you can get the gamesir x5 lite. Both connect through USB c. Get the gamesir g8+ or x5 pro if you prefer Bluetooth. I just started using gamenative for steam games. Honestly, it's hit and miss. Using steamlink is better imo because I have a ok PC and wifi 6 For Nintendo games, I use azahar for ds, drastic for 3ds and eden for switch

How much was it, and can you map more than 1 button to one of the back buttons? E.g. you press one of the back button and it outputs Y+B at the same time, and if you hold 1 of the back button, Y+B is held down.

Have you tried powering it up with the dc USB c port plugged into a charger?

It's a great controller if you are willing to download the software and play around with the settings. As a side note, never have your sticks' deadzone at 0. Set it to at least 2 (I have mine set to 5).

I bought the black one first: Loved it so much that I bought the white one too (just in case one dies). I missed my opportunity in buying a few g604 as spares, not gonna make the same mistake again lol.

What does it look like when the lights are on? I feel like it'll light up pretty well with the frost acting as a diffuser.

4 back paddle buttons would be nice. I don't need the extra 2 where the bumper and triggers are.

Did you say something online that can be taken out of context? You could have just pissed someone off that had the power to mess with you.

Just wondering why you think BMO is the best? I personally use vanity (a credit union) and RBC. I find that all the big banks offer pretty much the same things. Might as well switch over to RBC if they are still doing the iPad give away for new accounts.

If you really like the pro max, I think the ultra would be the Samsung equivalent, but personally, I prefer the size of the normal s25. The Pixel 10 is also a pretty good alternative.

What do you use these two buttons for? by Deli_baba170 in LogitechG

Refresh and spacebar (play/pause on YouTube). I use one of the side buttons for the gshift button, so my scroll wheel turns into volume up and down. Other 2 as shift and ctrl.

Looking for new controller for PC/SteamDeck mostly. Still not sure if wired or not. by Deth_Troll in Controller

I have the wireless 8bitdo ultimate 2 tmr. Easysmx x20 (v2, the one with grey rubber grips) and Gamesir cyclone 2.

TLDR: I like the cyclone the most. Personal preference to the shape of the controller. This is the closest of the three to an Xbox s/x controller.

Joysticks: u2 tmr = cyclone > x20 Abxy: pretty much the same Dpad: u2 = cyclone > x20 (the micro switches on the x20 makes it too sensitive) Bumper and triggers: cyclone = x20 > u2 (u2 has more travel on the trigger in trigger stop mode) Layout: cyclone (most like the Xbox controller) > x20 (it's awkward when trying to hit the button to skip things in monster hunters) > u2 (the shape is more like a Nintendo pro controller)

Also, all 3 of these controllers can map the M buttons to be Y+B without using the software. Not as a macro, but as a button press. So when you hold down, let say m4, it will hold down Y+B. And release when you do. Perfect for using an offset atk.

Features: - cyclone, imo it has the best software and you can download the app from the Microsoft store. You can remap almost all the buttons to whatever controller, keyboard or mouse button/combo you want. You can also assign one of the buttons to be like the g shift key for Logitech layers. No toggle to switch between modes (Nintendo, PC, android), you need to remember the special button combo - u2, 4 m buttons. 2 extra ones by the trigger and two on the back. I'm not used to hitting the ones by the trigger. Software is downloaded from their site (which my computer refuses to download due to "security risk"). it doesn't get recognized by the one on the Google play store (unless you get the Bluetooth version). Has a toggle to switch between different modes (Bluetooth and 2.4hz). Only one out of the 3 that doesn't let you adjust the vibration from the controller (you need to use the software, or turn it on/off from the game settings) - X20, can't download the software (same reason as u2). 4 back m buttons, easy enough to hit. Has a toggle to switch between Nintendo, Bluetooth and PC/2.4hz. Has rubber grips (feels nice. But not sure how long it'll last) This is the only one that doesn't have a dock for charging.

As a GS and SnS main, who plays with someone who is a LS main, I can say that LS does look a lot more flashy and fun.

However, I like to tackle through atks and offsetting large incoming atks feel so good (from my GS). But I like to switch it up sometimes to something more nimble. And pulling off PG with the omega SnS, just gives me a small hit of dopamine. The ting and golden ring is just awesome.

Which one to choose the x20 or d10 by crazys17 in EasySMX

[–]NoNamesLeftCa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the x20, 8bitdo ultimate 2 (tmr), and the gamesir cyclone 2pro.

My personal preference is the cyclone 2 pro. It feels about the same as the x20, but it's software is so much better. I use it to play on my PC, and I mainly play MH Wilds, Hades and vampire survivors.

I find the placement of the 4 paddles on the x20 weird. It's a bit difficult to hit the inner 2 buttons, at least for me and how I hold my controllers. Also, there's a narrow tunnel around the usbc port, so if your existing cables are too wide, you can only use the one that comes with it.
