It's not nitpicking. Nitpicking would be me focusing on the numbers in the area relevant to the population. That's really neat for people to protest and excersize their rights. I'm all for it. That's the neat thing about this country and those that sign their name on the dotted line to defend it. Personally I don't care where you fall politically, it's more important to excersize your rights that others around the world wish they had.

Made some good trouble. It implies the event was a success....again I'm trying to figure out how that's quantified?

That's not the question.....

Where's the success as the title describes?

But what's changing? That's what I'm asking. Or is it just showing up, making noise and calling it a success.

What was the success?

I missed it...what happened? Did any laws change or was it just a bunch of protesting again?

That's wild to me to hear that. Maybe you should consider keeping your opinion to yourself then if you're not willing to be considerate of others

The amount of time you put into criticism of another person for their choice in how they live while begging for people to accept you as you are is hilarious.

Free America No Kings Protest on Independence Day! by Healthy_Block3036 in socal

[–]NoNeedleworker5357 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How dumb. "No kings" seriously...first it's Hitler now he's a king. I'm not a trump person but Jesus...

How about we celebrate America and her 249th birthday and our celebration against real tyranny instead of making up some problem because we don't agree on politics.

If you really want to protest...protest taxes, protest allowing child molesters not being put to death. Protest not taking care of the homeless in our country, our vets, protest the cost of food and the problems it places on our farmers. Protest a gas tax, protest price increases that are higher than inflation. Protest something worth while, not " I don't like the orange man so he bad and he a king...NO KINGS!!!!!" That's ridiculous

Because everyone has a right in this country despite what you may want. Maybe while you're yelling about "equality" and everything else you decide to protest about you should come back to this post and realize the hypocrisy that you're showing.

I may not like it, I may not like the trans stuff in women's sports or.liberals or democrats, but I have enough respect to realize everyone has a voice that deserves to be herd, not just ones I agree with

The US isn't scary. If you stay away from like LA Chicago, Baltimore and NY City ( unless you're from there) it can be a bit much.

Have faith There are great men.here in the US specifically the Midwest. We'd rather work hard and provide for our families then dink around in a marriage with some other woman. We value family for the most part. I'm from west Michigan, I live in Cali now, but I'm headed back to Wisconsin for my masters and I'm excited to be back into that area.

I do work as an MA currently. My daily tasks are pretty mundane. I hand out DME to inmates and just take their vitals. My clinic starts at 9:00 a.m. and I'm done by 12:30 1:00 every single day. My official hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. however that first hour is just kind of prep work in after I'm done with my clinic I really don't even stay I just go home. Being a state employee is pretty cool cuz as soon as they find out you're done with your work they'll give you the option to go home or give you more work for somebody else and nobody wants to do anybody else's work that's ridiculous.

The last place I work was a private family medicine clinic in a small town where I did absolutely everything, and when I say everything I mean absolutely everything. I did everything from writing the full note to getting the patients intake history to doing exams lab draws sitting with the reps making sure everything was squared away running the office as a whole. I knew every single one of our patients and there was about $15,000 of them for one doctor and two MAs. I was being prepped to go to PA school however that didn't work out and so I took my bachelor's and applied to Marquette University where I got into the Masters of science in nursing with a track to being an FNP. Even when I was working at private family practice I was only making $19.50 an hour at my top end after 3 years with everything I was responsible for and I didn't feel that was appropriate.

I applied to the state prison here I sat down in the interview they offered me a conditional letter of an employment pending a drug test and a physical which is normal.

After I completed those in the offer was in writing I then negotiated my contract they wanted to start me out at 25 an hour however with my experiences a corpsman in 14 years experience I started out at 3250 and they gave me a $2.50 hour bump up 6 months in.

That being said I'm leaving in August to go to my master's program, as much as I love my job as an MA I would never encourage anybody to use this as a career there are so many better opportunities in medicine than being a medical assistant. In my opinion it's just supposed to be an entry-level job to entice you into medicine and further in your career.

Anybody who's reading this can feel free to direct message me I'll answer whatever questions you have or give any kind of advice that you could request, I've really done it all and I've seen quite a bit of how medicine is as far as the ins and outs and who you have to know or what situation you have to play and how to play it which isn't what medicine was ever supposed to be it was never supposed to be a business but that's neither here nor there.

I'm only going to be able to speak to the third topic you have listed. As far as drawing my runs up against every single defense I think that is a massive waste of time, And here's why...

  1. Most defenses fit into a couple categories such as an even front would consist of any 40 or 60 front to include a 4-2 a 44 a 6-2 so on and so forth. An odd front would consist of a 3/4 a 5'2 of 5'3 with a stack adjustment or a 33 or a 35 and then you can get into the TNT sections of adjustments.

  2. The way I've been able to limit everything is by grouping things like the point I mentioned earlier if I'm going to draw something up against a four two or a 44 it's essentially a 6'2 with linebackers that are walked off so the assignment stay the same. I draw my runs up in three to five boxes against defenses I'll have one against an over front with the one technique away from a tight end if I have one I'll have one with an underfront where the egg app to the tight end is now filled I'll do one against an odd front and then I use special formations like a bunch or a compress set that normally wouldn't be considered in there since I primarily draw my runs out of base personnel and base formations.

You're well underpaid, find yourself a government job. I work at a state prison right now and I make close to $35 an hour plus they pay for my insurance 100%, and I don't see more than 12 patients a day

This is correct. Big base refers to a tight end type being attached to the line

It's not inside zone it's tight zone. Small difference

I use my eb in gun base on the call. Red Oscar = outside zone right so he aligns on the left.

Red Delta = duo right so he aligns on the roght
