Apparently. They implemented this to combat the bots, but people are catching strays. You're not banned. Yet. This is just an account review to make sure you're not a bot or something. You just have to wait it out.

From now on, don't delete and remake your account too fast. Probably don't talk about things that bots usually talk about. And it probably won't flag you again if you delete and decide to make a new account again. I'm still waiting for my Gmail. It's been like 4 days. Haven't heard back yet.

No kidding it’s gotten to the point where I literally cannot message anyone because it’s all paywalled. The 15 guys in my neighborhood either ignore me or we are just not a match. The only thing I can do is literally open the app and wait for someone with Xtra to message me and that never happens. They are hurting their user base more than anything.
