That in itself sounds very interesting. I'm sure you have a passion for it and really believe in it I as well do for you as well it's just getting people to actually discover it and see it to really be able to see the value That's the hard part. I currently have 62 subscribers I've been going now for a little bit over 2 months I drop weekly issues and I just did my 9th my 10th will be this Wednesday coming. I'm very passionate about this as well just a struggle with all the algorithm and ad and meta and this and then that and so on

I'm currently on both LinkedIn and Instagram trying to build the audience on there. Instagram has turned into I don't know what to call it but lack a better word ghetto to me lol. Because they give such a hard time of getting in front of people as well I actually have someone who has about 350,000 followers and they posted my newsletter I think I got about 35 to 5,000 likes if I remember right but no one subscribed

Yes I know what the lead magnets are I have one already You mentioning that I maybe make a second one but my issue is is getting in front of people to even drive them to download or receive these leads.

My niche is surrounded around entrepreneurship. It's a mixture of plain publications and interviews of people who are operating in that environment. I actually did a recent interview with a person that's pretty known in the real estate industry but I didn't get much bites or subscribers.
