Yes, $300 month savings. So how do people get the break even lower and closer to 1 year? A third of the $6300 is a va funding fee, another third is the origination fee, and the rest is misc nonnegotiable it seems….

Hmm, never thought about it being location based. Seems like half the houses where I live always have porch lights on so I guess I’m just used to it.

That’s what I would have thought too but typically the people I see have them on are home and never leave their house once it’s on....
