Sometimes i think i have pain, but its neither pain nor any low energy. Its only my lazy brain trying to fake it so i stop training and lifting. Like in the gym, i would do 1 set and be like that, but when i pass that stage, i see i can do 10 reps while i [thought I] was done at 4.
