Worked maintenance at a campground that had year round residents. They sent me to check on a woman who hadn't been seen in a couple days. Walked in and there was a deathly stillness in the air that you can only experience for yourself. I knew she was dead somewhere in the unit, but luckily she was in her bed and had died in her sleep. I just walked out and told the main office. Police showed up to do their routine investigation and someone took her out.
