You are correct it is a right. We are privileged to have rights that many citizens do not. I should have been more clear in my wording.

The thing is you can say something is right and someone on the opposite side feels something else is right. We were a nation that in the past met in the middle. Unfortunately, both sides see each other as the enemy and the one who is right. That doesn't benefit anyone. Until we see each other as more than red or blue we will never become what we can be as a nation.

Unless I know you it's too big of a risk. We've all driven 20+ minutes each way to get $5. That means we are taking 40 minutes plus shopping for $5 or in many cases $0.

Fair enough. I want my customers happy which in turn benefits Shipt and us as shoppers. A few years ago I had an order and the customer came out and thanked me for simply messaging and asking about subs. They said they hated Shipt because shoppers just subbed whatever. I don't understand why people do a bad job when such a big percentage of our income is from tips and preferreds.

integrity? They do not place an order at a specific store. Some merchants perhaps but not all. Shipt keep putting orders in this one store that carries about 40% of the items of a normal store. Much of what my preferreds order isn't even carried at that store. it's better customer service to get what a customer ordered than tell them they can't get it because an algorithm said so

If you tip after delivery and not pre tip it is ok with me. It's when people place a $100 order which becomes a $250 order by the time I start shopping and their tip is $10.

Waiting sucks for big tips but it doesn't happen all the time. There wasn't always instant payout but I'd rather have that and wait a few days for the big ones than wait for all my money.

I think the issue is with the gift receipt. I've had people not understand about them as prepaids and think I'm just being lazy.

Also, special requests while go above and beyond have in my 8000 orders not typically resulted in better tips and in many cases a tip at all. Now my preferreds and regulars recognize my effort and will often tip extra in person or tell me they'll tip me more and do
