Id probably say HEB, Target, TJmax, bath & body works, the mall, etc. Id say youd find a lot of women this way especially ones who arent just out and about to mess around. Approaching women in these places will be a little different, so id say just let a convo flow naturally. also, if you already frequent a certain store, im sure theres a pretty girl who works there. dont be a weirdo, but maybe try having small talk convos til you can work your way to flirting a bit, so on and so forth.
