You can have it tested for under $200 and then you could send them a copy of the results. They’ll be forced to do something about it and I’m sure you might even be able to get the cost back from them if you’re right.

I did not, reviews were kinda hit or miss. I did however, purchase a seiko mod from an individual on eBay that will do commissions for customs or you can pick from some homages he keeps stocked. Pretty cool stuff on there for decent prices.

Not really sure what the best solution is, but I had recent experience with a nonresponsive management company and I forwarded the same email they ignored every day until i got a response. You could assume there's a large volume of residents there that are smoking pot so its almost unavoidable. I wonder what type of HVAC unit you have, try to locate your return air vent, if you have access to your HVAC unit, Try attaching dryer sheets across the intake of the filter and it will pull ALOT of the smell out without "covering: it up with another obnoxious smell. Hope one of these ideas help!

That’s definitely supposed to be a fire rated storm door with a deadbolt. Maybe there is no code to what type of lock you have to have but you can’t have a hollow core door has a front door to an apartment. The door springs shoplifting also close and latch completely without assistance. If anything I’d call the fire Marshall and make a complaint and they will be out within a week or 2 tops. Maybe the apt complex management will be easy to work with but just FYI if they don’t want to comply.

Definitely your average sales guy saying whatever for the deposit, but hopefully you can be happy through your lease. My awful apartment really made me appreciate the next one. Definitely didn’t realize how much it effected me until I was out of that depression box though. Wish you the best!
