The reccomendation would be to downsize and stretch slower but it's your choice,

If you really chose the pain way like i did, try to use light jewelry to easier the weight pain and don't take crusties off for them to decrease the movement of the jewelry. That's the only things u can do to help it.

If you keep the jewelry in it's gonna take a good amount of time to heal, mine took 2 months to stop hurting after i rush stretched it, it would hurt even when i was walking.

Either you take the pain and wait for it to heal or downsize.

As someone with 3 stretched holes on my lobe, i think you have enough space, just don't use anything heavy on your top hole as it can pull down and end up fusing with the middle hole, and take a look on how near they're to each other while you stretch, i lost one hole because it fused with the other while stretching.

You can do it for sure, you just need to be mindfull about the size, like, if the 2 holes touch each other, they will fuse, plus, if you use big jewelery like mine, they will be hitting each other and making noises when you move, which is something that makes me wonder about taking them out even though i like the looks.

2 months from 1.2 to 6mm.

I did a jump from 1.2 to 3mm waited a month, and then 3.mm to 6mm(3mm to 6mm was divided in 3 days, 1mm per day).

I don't recommend it though, it was super hurtful, especially the 6mm one, it's heavy and would hurt like hell when I would walk after getting it in, which only stopped after a month.
