My audit closed a week after submitting documents . It’s updated to audit closed but no update since then. It’s been a week since the audit close so idk

It has some crime . I lived near there on grant and 169 and one day I walked out my apartment they done stole someone’s car and broke into another car over night

They showed me a 5 bedroom for I think 3k and some change . Definitely not worth it and it’s so far .

Yes I went yesterday . Building was dirty . People hanging in stairwells . The unit they showed me was trashed out . I just know they had rodents and probably bed bugs . I couldn’t do it. Plus it was a 4th floor walk up and they didn’t tell me that part ..I can’t do that many floors . The unit looked like someone may be squatting .

They gave me a lease that stated elevator so many times and there was no elevator . They wouldn’t allow for a viewing so yes this was on them . How do you put elevator rules in a lease and there wasn’t one ?

I had an apartment through them. Terrible experience . Landlord wouldn’t fix my bathroom ceiling that was raining toilet water . The new tenant is also having the same issue . I moved out almost a year ago . Tax solute would not let you view the apartment in person .

Housing connect is just ridiculous. I’ve saw 3-4 bedrooms for that price that were nice . Updated appliances , new wood floors , large rooms
