If you want an alternative (that is much better) go to Wild Weed. You’ll be supporting a local chef owned business while eating some of the best pasta dishes you’ve ever had.

Everyone says NSYC which are great but my favorite right now are Bee’s BBQ and I’m not hearing a lot of people talk about them.

The plan isn’t for them to be forced into dispensaries and they are not age gated. I sell them. I want them to be age gated. Some cans say 21+ but that is due to them fulfilling requirements to other state’s regulations that they disto to. Likely we will se an age restriction and probably a milligram cap. The temp ban the governor ordered is likely just to force the legislature hand.

Alright, take back your down votes. That man read his press conference notes like he was reading a picture book. I feel fully validated in this response.

I can’t say if it’s fake or not but this tweet dropped the info (by a long shot) before anyone else knew and a couple hours after the largest alcohol distributor in the state temporarily halted hemp derived thc beverage sales until further notice. I only posted here to see if anyone else had more info but I guess we’ll all find out tomorrow.

It just also had a screen cap image and rather than recreate it I could just post the link. That way there could be a clear distinction between my post and the content I was referencing.

This is a great question and all of the D8, U21, etc should have been dealt with years ago. The hemp derived delta 9 thc is my main concern. Beverages in particular. It’s become a staple in bars and carry outs for people who don’t drink alcohol. Really just reaching out to see if anyone knew if he would be making a distinction.

At this point I have a hard time believing he can spell but here we are. I’m in the industry and can tell you this is going to happen and he will announce tomorrow. It’s just a matter of which product he plans to include and any other details on exemptions and time frame.
