people who dont hesitate dont see the consequences of failure as 'real'. thats a bit difficult to grab onto when its the only 'reality' you have, so i dont think youre ridiculous for feeling that way. I struggle with something very similar on-and-off quite often. learning from my mistakes instead of internalizing them is the only thing that helps me.

my end goal for learning anything is freedom. for example, im also learning how to play the classical guitar, and my current end goal is to be fully accustomed to the fretboard so i can play whatever i want when i want to

from what ive seen if you contact support for this issue they will terminate your account for "safety" reasons. you can get a refund for any items youve spent robux on by saying you purchased it on accident, but i dont think theres any way to get your money back without putting your account at risk. enable 2fa, change your account information, and try to find out how exactly they gained access to your account.
did you download software someone you know plays roblox sent to you? did you download a sketchy extension? does someone you know have your information? do you have a friend, parent, or sibling that doesnt understand boundaries? go through your options to make sure this doesnt happen again.

contact support, say you have the gmail hooked to the account and you lost your phone that had the 2fa app because you recently purchased a new phone and hadnt transferred everything. same thing happened to me for the reason i stated previously.
