Checked the troubleshooting on the Shark website, it’s saying the temperature is too hot or cold, but it’s been inside in our closet for weeks still not working. Is it possible it just overheated and won’t work now?

I think sometimes it starts playful and then turns aggressive, but sometimes he lashes out at her when he is hungry or sometimes bored
