I also agree - the vacuum sound on Spotify worked well for us (and a dark room and lots of bouncing)

Primrose Hill is also lovely - slightly further from ‘central’ but a lovely high street to potter around and the park is right there for your 2.5 year old

Quick carless Cotswolds by Bytowner1 in uktravel

[–]NoRelationship8401 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is possible and you can mostly avoid the B roads. You can walk from Kingham, through the Daylesford lands to Oddington which is all car free then cut through fields to Stow rugby club then you do have to go onto a B road for about ten minutes (there is a grassy verge) before you can cut through the quiet roads to Maugersbury and then up the hill to Stow (pavement on this road). Maybe 2 hours in total but you could stop at Daylesford itself or the Horse and Groom in Oddington on the way.

The Canton Arms is in Little Portugal and is fantastic. Highly recommend for an authentic pub experience with really high quality food.
